Application Requirements:

The Great Junk Hunt accepts applications for vintage items along with handmade and embellished products. We take pride in presenting a quality show featuring carefully curated, reputable dealers.
Our guidelines for a vintage dealer booth- content must consist of at least 85% authentic vintage merchandise. The remaining 15% must be complementary to the theme of the show and accurately represented.
Original designs from upcycled materials will be considered along with handmade and unique products.
Our events are wholesome family centric events. So, the sale of pornographic or inappropriate language items (curse words/foul language), alcohol, tobacco or firearms, and weapons of any kind is prohibited.
Booth placement is determined by the promoter.
We have one booth size only- that is 10’ deep by 15’ wide.
Please attach photos to your application. We prefer to see pictures of your booth set up from other markets you have done.
Display style is very important to us when reviewing applications. If pictures are not attached, you will automatically be rejected.

We are not currently accepting Direct Sales Vendors, jewelry, candles, soaps, or signs at this time.

We REQUIRE a back wall for your booth, which can be made of old doors, fabric, wood or a medium of your choice. No pop-up tent frames are allowed.
Exhibitor spaces are not draped. You are responsible for merchandising, set up and take down of your own booth and display. You are encouraged to transform your booth to resemble a boutique store .
Your display should showcase your brand's character and attract shoppers to explore what you have to offer. Our shoppers are attracted to fun, unique and imaginative displays. Your success is directly correlated with the energy and creativity you put into your display.
This is a cash and carry market, no vendors shall take custom orders at our markets.
We work to make load in as smooth as possible!
Our venues offer multiple large roll up doors and convenient access points throughout the building, allowing vendors to unload near their booth area.
Exhibitors receive two exhibitor passes per space.
Our booth spaces sell out quickly (even if you are a returning vendor) the earlier we receive your application, the better your chances are of being accepted.

Booth Setup & Display

Payment & Policies

-Booth fees are non-refundable.
-Booth fees not paid within 30 days of acceptance will incur an additional 10% late fee.
If you are accepted into a show, you cannot transfer your booth to another vendor without permission.
All Exhibitors will be notified of acceptance and an invoice for space will be emailed, and a text message will also be sent at that time.
Be sure to check your spam/junk folder in case your invoice winds up there.
