I always feel like you need a statement piece in every room of the house. In the bedroom, why not have it be the headboard?!

flea market finds
Here is a good look at the market that started it all! The Great Junk Hunt in Puyallup started in a small gym and has grown to over 30,000 sq. ft. at the Washington State Fairgrounds! We have over 120 vendors with awesome Junkin goodness and thousands of shoppers to the show.
Now with shows in multiple cities across the west coast, we are spreading our junk love! Our happy junkers are what really make our show special and worth doing what we do. We hope to see you at our next show in your area!
Remember the post we did on the vintage fridge we found? After a little research we think we have it pegged for a 1949 Philco. As we researched we were also looking for inspiration on what to do with it. Here are a few pics we would like to share.
Robins Egg Blue
Cotton Candy Pink
Sweet, simple two tone versions.
This is a little wild, but very creative.
Two Tone Pink (one of our favs).
Polka dots are so popular. Very retro!
This one is for the MAN CAVE!
Should we leave it white?
This could possibly be the winner!
Every kitchen needs a little whimsey... we think a vintage fridge will give it that perfect touch.
Don't you agree?
All Funky Junk Sisters voted that this is the best idea of all!
Retro Refridgerator doors used as bathroom stall doors.
This week we are pleased to feature a piece that was made with tender loving care by a mother for her daughter's wedding.
We were so touched by the care she put into this special piece and special day. We want to see some of your furniture projects. Share them with us by linking up with the button below, we will pick our favorite and feature it on our FuRNiTuRe FRiDaY LiNk Up PaRtY next week.
For the love of junk,
Ya'll need to know the rules for our FuRNiTuRe FRiDaY LiNk PaRtY.
1.) Your post must be about
If your link has been deleted it’s because your post was not about furniture. You can share flea market/ thrift store finds, favorite pieces, DIY makeovers, FAB furniture arrangements, or even furniture you want to own! YES, we consider Kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities furniture.
2.) Post a permalink (the link to the post), not the link to your blog.
3.) This party will close Tuesday at midnight PST and we will choose our favorite(s) and feature them on next week’s FuRNiTuRe FRiDaY. Have fun!
