This show is held at J. Lorraine Ghost Town in Manor, Texas. This 100+ booth show, voted one of America’s TOP 15 FLEAS, offers an opportunity to sell a wide variety of merchandise from smalls to furniture. We are committed to producing a quality show and will be advertising with flyers, ads in local and major newspapers in addition to national magazines and local radio stations.


DATE: Friday, March 3, 2016 6pm-9pm. (vendors must have booth staffed by 5:30pm). Saturday, March 4, 2016 10am-4pm

PLACE: J. Lorraine Ghost Town. 14219 Littig Rd Manor, TX

SET UP: Friday 9am-4pm Set up of booths must be complete at show opening and must remain set-up and open for business until show closing. Booths and aisles must be kept clear for safe access throughout show hours.

TAKE DOWN: 4-7pm. No take down before 4pm! Take down must be completed by 7pm.

FEE: 10x10 Indoors- $150.00. All spaces include electricity. This is a juried event, if you're accepted you will receive a paypal invoice for the booth fee. Note: Due to high demand, your spot will not be held without payment. Watch Your email inbox for show updates. 


The undersigned exhibitor hereby applies for exhibition space at the above named show. FJS Productions, its workers, the Sponsor, J. Lorraine Ghost Town, shall not be liable for property damage or personal injury to Exhibitor, its agent or employees, which may occur on or about any part of the subject premises, regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. Exhibitor waives any claim against FJS Productions, the Sponsor, J. Lorraine Ghost Town. The Exhibitor assumes all liability for loss or damage to Exhibitor's property entrusted to the premises. 

Exhibitor shall hold FJS Productions, the Sponsor, J. Lorraine Ghost Town, harmless and shall indemnify FJS Productions, the Sponsor, J. Lorraine Ghost Town against all liability or expense arising out of any claim of injury or damage to any person or property together will all cost in connection with the defense thereto, including attorney's fees. The above mentioned parties will not be held responsible if show is cancelled for any reason. Vendors are not permitted to re-sell items purchased from other vendors at the show or sell any merchandise bearing The Funky Junk Sisters or FJS Productions name or logo. FJS Productions reserve the right to demand removal by Exhibitor of any item which may not be in keeping with the shows image. FJS Productions reserve the right to make rules and regulations it deems proper and necessary, and Exhibitor agrees to accept such rules and regulations and any interpretation as is set forth by FJS Productions.


All municipal, state and federal requirements in connection with sales must be fulfilled, including licenses and permits, sales tax, electrical, fire department regulations and no smoking ordinances. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.

You may be photographed by a FJS photographer and various media outlets, and may be filmed by various entities. The images and or film may be used as promotional material by FJS Productions or various entities, as approved by FJS Productions, and belong solely to FJS Productions and/or various entities. This contract cannot be assigned without prior written consent of FJS Productions. No booths may be shared without the prior written consent of FJS Productions. Space is not reserved until payment is received. Cancellation: Space Rental Fees will not be returned if Exhibitor cancels. Any Exhibitor who fails to show up for any show for which he or she has contracted will forfeit space rental fee. Should any show be cancelled by FJS Productions, for any reason, this contract is null and void, and Exhibitor waives any and all claims, except space rental fee return. No refund if show is cancelled for weather conditions.
